You don`t need any former yoga experience, just curiosity and an open mind, to pick up the tools of Yoga.  Y O U  need to feel empowered.


These classes always starts out slowly, and what happens during the 90 minutes on the mat depends on the people who shows up…. Do your best – and it`s good enough!

Spine Awareness yoga

This class is for people who wants to maintain a strong back and for people with various types of back pain.

60 to 80% of us suffer from spinal problems. Yoga can help with some types of back pain, to improve function and provide less pain.

This class will focus on increasing blood circulation, especially alongside the spine, to provide oxygen & nutrients to injured and inflamed tissues.

In this yoga class you will achieve several healing benefits for your spine:

- less pain

- better function

- improving strength and spinal health

- gaining more length in your spine

- faster recovery after injury

- healing injured back muscles 

- preventing re-injury 


The class is open for EVERYBODY and taught in English and/or Norwegian.

Awareness soulfood yoga

In this class there will be time to realize how your daily life influences your yoga practice and we will talk about how practicing yoga influences your daily life.

We share , ask questions , listen and see each other as whom we are.

The result is a safe yoga practice , which allows your own personal signature .
