You don`t need any former yoga experience, just curiosity and an open mind, to pick up the tools of Yoga.  Y O U  need to feel empowered. 

These classes always starts out slowly, and what happens during the 90 minutes on the mat depends on the people who shows up…. Do your best – and it`s good enough!
